With hands set on digital transformation, Andina Link Congress TIC 2022

Our general manager William Vásquez was present at the forum held by Sena and @Andinalik, last March 8, 2022, about human talent as a fundamental piece for the digital transformation in the different sectors of the country, where specific topics were discussed, such as training and talent management, facing social and technological challenges that help to reduce these wide gaps with information technologies that are found in the region (Bolivar) and in the country, the Sena as a reference entity to minimize and support this cause, with talent, capacity and coverage, supporting the different regions of the country that do not have access to education.

The engineer was able to hold talks with several people in the ICT sector, where he exposed the High Performance Center (CAR) initiative that has been since 2017 driving the world of new technologies, future competent and effective developers supporting the talent of Cartagena.
