CAR IV - HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTER FOR TRAINING AND RESEARCH FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND INDUSTRY 4.0, a talent incubator that transforms the lives of young people in Cartagena and Bolivar through new technologies and programming, hoping to shorten the gaps of social inequality in the country, improving the professional profile and ensuring a successful path in the digital world, as happened with the result of its three previous versions, CAR I, CAR II and CAR III, who after going through this program and obtaining the required experience managed to reach leading international companies such as NOKIA and Mercado Libre.

This High Performance Center began its call in October 2021 with a virtual tour of the universities of Cartagena, thanks to the alliance with the University of SINU, UNITECNAR, Tecnológico Comfenalco, Universidad de Cartagena, Unicolombo and Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar through webinars and virtual job fairs, where 777 young people full of dreams applied to learn to program in the Python programming language, however, these are also trained in Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Big data, English, soft skills, among others.

Those selected for this call passed logic, comprehension and English tests and interviews conducted by LSV-TECH's human talent team, where only 30 young people were chosen for their excellent results.

Currently the CAR has four versions, the third and fourth being a version adapted to virtuality. From this HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTER in its fourth version we expect the commitment and love for the programming of the selected students, the commitment to themselves, the quality of their work and the success story that is about to begin for them.
