Last Friday, November 26th was held the Closing Ceremony of our CAR IV in Cartagena de Indias, with great guests and of course the commemoration of the apprentices who completed this training process that promotes the use of new technologies, soft and integral skills for future developers. 

In its fourth edition, the High Performance Center - CAR culminates with more than 30 Developers, which began last December 7 with its leveling process and formally on February 2 of this year where they received a comprehensive training focused on strengthening technical knowledge, as their skills and competencies. In this cycle that ends full of much growth and personal learning, how professional, where undoubtedly were pleasant and good experiences for each student, who today leave with a great field in the following skills:

Algorithms - Database, Java Script and REACT, Agile - SCRUM and Jira, GITLAB, PYTHON

DJANGO Basic and Rest Framework, REACT, Odoo, Software Infrastructure, Mobile, Modeling on PIPELINE, RPA - Robotic Process Automation, ML - Machine Learning and Power BI and BI.

This process ends with a first, where more than being good developers, we form integral people for society, where undoubtedly a lot of opportunities and challenges are opened, starting a new beginning for our talents, who will be future integral developers of the region. At the ceremony we were pleased to have great guests such as our General Manager William Vasquez and his beloved family, Erickson Lima, who accompanied us from Brazil, Armando Larrans, Walter Vasquez, Fernando Ferrando with his wife, Robert Asprilla and Narget Joseph from the United States, Libis Valdez, Rafael Requena. 

Rewarding the perseverance, dedication, commitment and dedication of each trainer, student and person involved in the CAR IV process.

We would like to sincerely thank the trainers for offering their knowledge from experience and for not holding anything back, giving their heart and soul to this beautiful project.

Once again, we thank all the people who were involved in this successful CAR IV process and who bid farewell in the best possible way.
